Lesley | Salon Owner & Senior Stylist

Lesley has over 20 years experience within the industry. She is a qualified lecturer and assessor, sharing he experience & skills with FE students. Through the college work, Lesley is responsible for industries competition. She is the Southern area competition director for the Association of Hairdressers and Therapists.

Lesley has owned her own salon since 2004 and qualifies as a L'Oreal colour specialist and Bridal specialist. Lesley has won many awards for her outstanding commitment to the hairdressing industry, these include, Small Apprenticeship Employer of the Year, L'Oreal Colour Trophy Regional finalist and Employment Engagement award.

Sarah | Salon Manager & Senior Stylist

Sarah has over 15 years experience in the industry and is a qualified assessor and Yuko specialist.

Kaylee | Assistant Manager & Senior Stylist

Kaylee has been hairdressing for over 9 years. She is a very talented creative stylist and excellent colourist, heading up the LA One art team.

Laura | Senior Stylist

Laura is qualified to NVQ Level 3; she originally qualified in 2003 whilst training as an apprentice for Graham Webb. Laura worked with their artistic and creative team for competition and catwalk shows. She qualified as a finalist for the AHT (Association of Hairdressers and Therapists) Skills Challenge, where she competed in Blackpool. Laura loves meeting new people and is keen to develop new skills within the industry.

Beth | Stylist

Beth is currently working towards her NVQ Level 3 qualification. She is the winner of the Southern area AHT Skills Challenge award.

Teresa | Stylist

Teresa qualified in 1991 and has worked in various different salons. She holds an NVQ Level 2 qualification and is working towards her NVQ Level 3. Teresa has an additional skill that is not connected to hairdressing, she is BLS sign language qualified, which is great as some clients require her unique service to help communicate which cut, style or colour they require.

Can | Stylist

Can is an award winning barber, creative team member and American Crew Face Off competition finalist. Among Can's many talents are ear piercing, threading, nail technician and tattoo design. An all singing, but not dancing, all round good guy.

Rhys | Assistant Stylist

Rhys is currently working towards his NVQ Level 2 qualification.

Danny | Assistant Stylist

Danny is currently working towards his NVQ Level 2 qualification.

Jackie | Nail Technician

Jackie is a qualified nail technician, creative specialist and nail art specialist.

Mr Darcy

Mr Darcy is the salon's flat coated retriever puppy; available for cuddles as and when required.
